General Comments

I ordered an oak bedframe and bedside cabinet which arrived exactly on time. The beside cabinet was damaged, probably during transit but wasn't noticed by my son who took delivery. The bed was perfect and just what I ordered, I phoned Beds Direct the next day to ask for a replacement bedside cabinet and to order another one as well. The staff were very helpful and date for replacement plus my new order was given, Again the items arrived on time. I am delighted with my furniture and cannot fault this company at all. Top marks for service and quality of goods. I would highly recommend and will certainly buy from Beds Direct again.
