It 'only' took 1 1/2 hours to lose the salesman.
Bad Points
The salesman. Life's too short to put up with that. I was worried about how we were going to get rid of him - that's not how you get customers!
General Comments
I just wanted a quote. I liked the product - it wasn't the cheapest. If the salesman had just given me a realistic quote I would have signed, but he went through the whole 'phoning the office' thing. Yeah, like anyone falls for that! Now I won't have Everest to do the work on principle. The salesman lost himself a sale by not listening to the customer.
