Previous comments are correct, this is truly a shambolic administrative set up. Calls to the online banking customer service number send you to the credit card department and you get caught in a cycle for 20 minutes before you get transferred to the correct department.
The issue regarding the card reader would be avoided if they were sent following account setup.
Tesco should read this forum and get their act sorted. Even the setup of the 'Instant Access' savings account in the first place took months instead of days with the to and fro of security issues. No other finance organisation has these issues so why Tesco. Furthermore their online website leads to confusion.
