General Comments

BMI BABY - CANCELLATION OF FLIGHTS BMI BABY - Heard the announcement from BMI Baby in Febuary of the new route from Cardiff to Almeria. Booked 3 flights and several friends and family members booked their flights as they were being booked very quickly.
Looking forward to our flight in 6 weeks so devasted to receive an email yesterday informing me that all flights are cancelled due to operational reasons and I will refunded in the next 28 days.
From another forum, another unhappy client only discovered these flights were cancelled when she tried to book another flight -only to be told that she will not receive the credit/debit charges.
Oh, BMI Baby how disgusting - these flights from Cardiff never even got off the ground and people from Wales have to once again travel to England to get flights to Almeria - since you've proudly announced up to 4 flights a week to Almeria from East Midlands. 4 flights and none from Wales.
Beware these cancellation emails from BMI could end up in your SPAM account.
Flights are not triple the cost when I originally booked with BMI and I am going to DEMAND my 3 x debit charges of £10 - total of £30.
The banks do not charge BMI these fees, BMI does and hopes people will be happy enough to get their tickets refunded, so they don't automatically refund their charges. But they are legally obliged to do so.
