Good Points

Deposit was paid back without a quibble - but was made to wait for it!


Bad Points

zero response for request of call backs, appeared to have a total lack of interest in our predicament.


General Comments

Our finance deal didnt come through as quickly as we hoped but we had left a deposit on the car we had hoped to buy. We left several messages for the car salesman to get back in touch to let us know what was happening only to find that he had sold the car but hadn't told us. We had to travel back to Southampton to get our deposit refunded. I have to say based on my experience I would not use Car Giant again or recommend them.
