No technical problems, good broadband.
Bad Points
No separate phone broadband deals.
General Comments
The product is good, but other companies offer better deals for phone broadband, with Sky you have to have the TV package which i rarely use, so if you take that into account its not so great. I am locked into the contract so am stuck with the TV package of £16.50 p.m. The call centres are overseas, a very bad decision as it is hard to understand what they say. They talk too fast often with a heavy accent.
