General Comments

This is a crap system. I followed all the given instructions from Nationwide Internet Banking to try and access the internet banking page and I cant get near anything near a page that lets me set up or sign in,
I am not great at computers but have managed to access all the other accounts that I have so Judge on that Not only that I tried to telephone the help line (an 08457number).and after waiting on the phone for 20 minutes - ME paying for it of course , I gave up.Tried dozens of other ways to access - no luck.
Suggest that they change the site address to nationwide frustation.co. Meanwhile I shall Go and have a cup of tea and calm down and probably close down the account as soon as possible.
