Bump up the APR without proper warning

General Comments

Very poor service from Mint, recently they decided to up my APR and informed me by apparently putting a leaflet in with my statement amongst all the other leaflets. They say this is adequate notice and as I didn't respond it is final and I can't do anything about it. Customer service is poor stay away from them.
