General Comments
I ordered a printer cartridge on Saturday afternoon from Cartridge Save and they used Interlink Express to deliver it. On Monday I got an e-mail saying the cartridge had been shipped. On Tuesday I got a card from Interlink Express saying that I was not at the address they tried to deliver to. Nonsense! I was at home all day on Tuesday and I don't think they even bothered knocking on the door or ringing the door bell. Then I asked them to redeliver on Friday, ie today and I've waiting all day for it to arrive, only to discover that, according to their website, my parcel was delivered and signed for at 10 am YESTERDAY, ie the Thursday! Then I rang them up, only to be told that the driver had gone home and they wouldn't be able to help me further until they've investigated on Monday! What a load of shambolic management! If I have to buy another printer cartridge on-line, I would certainly not use Cartridge World and I would definitely steer clear of Interlink Express - they are certainly incompetent. I'll wait and see what they come back with when I speak to them on Monday - both Cartridge Save and Interlink Express promised me that they would phone me back.
