General Comments

I have just started taking reductil 10mg one daily,i took my first tablet yesterday and struggled to eat breakfast this morning, i have just been on a 19 mile bike ride drunk loads of water and still don't feel ready for some lunch........ i craved junk food before starting these tablets yesterday and often ate for the sake of eating boredom mainly,however i went on a low calorie diet to prove to the doctors three weeks ago that i could exercise and eat healthy,i got weighed yesterday before taking my first pill and had lost 6kg!!!! it had been three hard weeks of pure willpower and exercise but my problem was i was constantly still hungry dreaming about pizza chocolate crisps,so the doctor gave me these pills to suppress my appetite and day two it's working!!!!i will carry on with the exercise and low cal diet,my next weigh in is 7th may and bp check!!!! wish me luck!!
