Good Points
Easy to keep check on account

Bad Points
When i go into my local branch in newton abbot they are extremely unhelpful and once they realise you are an online banker they treat you like a leper

Natwest ONline Banking makes banking so much easier but have had a problem with our e isa accounts. difficult to get through to talk to anyyone and my local branch are worse than useless.
