General Comments

I ordered 2 items, one of which turned up with a note to say the other would follow separately. One month later, no item, no email to explain, nothing. I contacted them and they said that it was dispatched 2 weeks ago... I say rubbish because I had no confirmation email and no product. I asked them to supply an additional item free of charge for my inconvenience and they refused. Actually, they just kept ignoring this request every time they sent me an email... didn't even acknowledge it, how rude!
Won't be using them again.
