none. most of the items are over priced, never enough staff no real customer service.

bad customer service, over priced items, not enough employees there to help.
General Comments
my boyfriend got me two degu's from our local Pets at Home store as a christmas present. I have only had them four months and one passed away today. mostly every pet i have ever had from pets at home has had problems i once had a hamster that passed on a week after i got it, it died of paracites.
all i can say is if you purchase a pet from here make sure it looks ok and that it has recently had a checkup
also i have also had a problem with the adoption area of the store.

In my opinion, i don't think pets at home are responsible for your pets once in your care, however if you do have problems with them within the first few weeks, with my experience with them they do offer to take them bk and if they were to become ill they do offer to pay vets bills and keep them in store until treated. To me that's great customer service.
