I have been working with WebCreation UK since last December and it has now taken almost 5 months for my site to Go Live. The complete process has been extremely difficult , stressful and cost me loss of earnings e.g. 1 small change had to be requested at least 5 times and this happened on many occasions with each round of changes taking 1 week and even half of those changes were not done correctly. The site was supposed to go live on Wednesday but the default price for payments was set to 0.01! It took a day to sort out the issue. Thursday another problem which made it possible to not take orders. Friday the issue was sorted and Fri nite when I informed my customer base that the site was Live - I have been informed by customers that when they submit an order that it results in a Code Dump and Server Error. As a new start up business the loss of potential business has now cost me dearly - from the point of view of credibility with my potential customers and potential loss of earnings.
I would definitely not recommend this company. The initial sales pitch was great and the rest leaves a lot to be desired.
I had to submit the same changes over and over again many times. Overall this was a disastrous experience.

  Big complaints with Webcreation UK
  We are having the same trouble as you. We commissioned our e-commerce site in October and still waiting for it to go live. We have paid in full and it has now corrupted when they tried to make it go live. So still waiting for a live site. We have heard the staff swearing when on hold to them and it feels like our project is a big joke to them.
  Would be interested in hearing from you. We feel the only choice now is legal action against them.

  I agree with this review because...
  we have had the same problem as you Jo. We commissioned the site in October and still waiting to go live. There has been problem after problem. Was meant to be live last week but now has technical difficulties and is not working and we have paid in full. Our only choice now is to take legal action against them.

  I'm also about to take legal action against this company as they have completely failed to work to our brief, effective communication is impossible and they have completely failed to deliver within a reasonable period of time.
  
  It would be good to know how anyone else has got on trying to reclaim fees paid to this terrible company.

  Hi all,
  We are in a very similar situation as highlighted previously. The site is simple and informational. The initial interactions were positive and speedy, but for some reason they decided to stop the design half way through....3 weeks on we are still awaiting a designer to be allocated to our project. I am now really concerned as this is causing major problems to my marketing plans on the back of the website.
  
  I am also considering taking legal action. Looks as though there is at least 4 of us in the same boat :-(
