Friendly staff onboard


Bad Points

Extreme cramped seats and a big worry as most people on board where elderly (60+)
Unfriendly and extremely rude ground staff at Glasgow airport..
Screaming adverts via the intercom, why?
Filthy plane, I was pushed against a food stained wall for 4 hours.


General Comments

Whow, I have never seen a grumpier person at an airline incheck desk as the First Choice girl at Glasgow Airport that January morning.
We where checking in for a flight to Madeira and although it was Monday morning 6 am, it was still a remarkable sight to see somebody that grumpy.
Than we met her colleague at the gate and she was not happy to be there that early either and shouted commands to the passengers in hardly understandable dialect.
On board I was shocked by the lack of space, the chairs where so cramped together that there was no way that I could sit without having pain in my knees which where pushed into the seat in front of me and no, I'm not tall.
Just after take off this extremely loud advertising was put on trough the speakers above and there was no way to get away from it as I was wedged in the corner wit my fingers in my ears.
The tv screen in my area was broken so no way to escape this hell by watching a movie either.
