the extra friendly. extra helpful staff.


Bad Points

the amount of paperwork that gets sent out and the glasweigan accent. only joking.


General Comments

When dealing with Phoenix Life Insurance i found my overall experience was great! the staff are extra friendly and are a great help, especially when i got my pension pack and did not understand any of it they helped me every step of the way and the money was sorted out within the time they quoted to me. i was baffled at first when my retirment pack was posted i feel i went into shock but after ringing the hepline and speaking to the advisor she reassured me that everything was ok and that actually only few forms where required.
