They do reply to emails.


Bad Points

Their first principle appears to be that they and their garage are always right and the customer is always wrong and doesn't need his car returning with any degree of expediency


General Comments

Swiftcover Car Insurance is dire. I had an extremely minor accident recently, and was required to give the car to their chosen garage: which is 50 miles away. The garage have been inadequate in the extreme: very slow. They failed to ring me to fix a date when Swiftcover gave them authority "because they are busy" sent someone to drive the car nearly a month later even though they knew the air bag had gone off (virtually the only damage) and it wasn't driveable. Swiftcover then hid behind their conditions in dealing with me.
