Good Points

Bagless and easy to empty


Bad Points

Filters block too quickly. Escaping dust when using extension hose. Poor cable storage. Utterly condescending Electrolux customer service team


General Comments

Had a great Electrolux for 8 years and replaced it with the Z8801AZ model. What a disaster. The filters block about every fourth or fifth time the cleaner is used and when you detach the hose to use it as an extension there is a blow-by of dust the whole time. So much for the triple filter. The cable storage is poor and always fall off its mounting hook. It has had two call out engineer visits and Electrolux also sent a replacement set of filters after a week as we assumed the problem lay there. Its not - its just bad design. Have finally been given approval to return it and will be replacing it with a Miele.
