List everything you wouldn't want from a courier and Interlink manage to tick every box.


General Comments

Interlink Courier Service must be the worst I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. Why any company would risk it's customer service reputation by trusting Interlink to deliver their parcels or documents defeats me.
Twice I placed orders with firms who have subsequently used Interlink. The first time the order took a fortnight to reach me (overnight service) with Interlink excusing themselves by saying the supplier hadn't actually despatched the goods - which they had.
I'm currently awaiting an overnight from Garmin - so far 5 days have elapsed and I'm still waiting.
