Good Points

Quick delivery. Good quality prints. Cheap.


Bad Points

The thematic options on some of their photo gifts, calendars, photo books etc are a bit limited compared to some of their competitors. I therefore have used Truprint for calendars in the past and now that we have an IMac, Apple for photo books. Their download software isn't Mac compatible either.


General Comments

I have used Bonusprint many times over the last 3 years and have always received good service. The prints arrive quickly.

On one occasion when I ordered some prints for myself and a friend they all seemed to come out darker than they should be. I knew it wasn't a problem with the photos that had been taken as they were from two different digital cameras and the effect was the same on all of them. I rang Bonusprint, explained the problem and said we'd never had any quality issues before and they sent me the same order again (for free - no quibble) and this time they were fine.
