my main concern is that no one gave an example of filling in the diary sheets, i know it my appear simple to some but in all of the books i received i could not find an example, and how to use your syns correctly, there are many examples of menue choices but not one example of how to put it down correctly, i thinck this would benifit alot of people. General Comments
i have completed my first week with Slimming World, after my fist meeting i came home with so much information and choices of food to choose from. the group leader was very warm and friendly, and the group was very cheerful. thankfully i have lost 3pounds.
