Spoiled Brat is a terrible site, rude and unhelpful!
I bought an item that was faulty when i received it. It states they refund postage on faulty items but refused to do so. I e-mailed them continuously and they finally issued me a refund on the top only. They refused to refund postage costs.
Postage is way over priced as well

I disagree with this review because...postage is set at £4.95 PER ORDER - if you were unhappy with it why did you purchase the goods? Why moan about something once you have a agreed to it. I bought 10 items from them in one order & got charged £9.95 for shippping which I found to be more than fair (i live in USA) - if I didnt find it acceptable I wouldnt have purchased the goods - and I certainly wouldnt have moaned about it AFTER agreeing to it!
