General Comments

I placed an order two weeks ago from Bodypower Sports / Fitness Superstore for a cross trainer on the understanding that the delivery would be made between 4 and 7 working days, we are now at ten. The money has been taken long ago and the order confirmation did not state there were any problems. I have called three times now and left messages and also sent messages through their online support, obviously to no reply. It now looks like I will have to call again and try one of the options to get through, judging by the reviews so far, I am not confident that when I finally get to speak to someone they will have any positive news for me. I would definitely stay away from this company in the future.
