Bad Points
customer services are not based in the UK and i find it personally rather annoying that they don`t understand what exactly i am telling then and i find difficult to understand what they are telling me!
General Comments
I feel that after looking at many options for broadband that Sky is a fantastic internet provider,with a very good quality package !! 10 out of 10 frm me !
