Good Points

only good points is that one can record in advance without having to set either a dvd or vcr


Bad Points

when i explained about the problems to sky all they kept saying was that because I was using an hdmi lead and not a scart lead that was why I was getting the problems, well derrr surely hdmi leads give better picture and if this were the case then why aren't all the channels in HD


General Comments

I have recently had sky +hd installed. I cant say I'm impressed with it at the moment. I am on my 3rd box and it's only been a couple of weeks. Before having this box I had the first ever original one - I never had an ounce of problems with it, picture quality was g8 its a shame I can't say the same for the new hd, when watching the normal non hd channels I constantly get ghosting/shadowing - I've had my samsung engineer out and he said it is not the tv but the sky bot so contacted sky and they are now passing the buck saying its not their box and are insisting it is the tv. My model is LE40A556P. My analogue tv picture is better than my sky. Can someone please reply and give me some advice if this can be resolved.
