Seems to capture information timely and accurately. Setup is straightforward and somewhat flexible, though this could be improved.
Bad Points
Cannot downloan screen shot files to your computer to archive. You are forced to store data files on their server via purchasing storage space, if you want to keep electronic copies. Printing screen shots to your printer does not work well - another catch to make you buy their server storage space. You must also pay $17 per 10,000 screen shots which you can make last if you space shots at 30 second intervals.
General Comments
Web Watcher is pretty okay with quick installation. Doesn't track both sides of Facebook chat - which is really what I need. Haven't yet found a software which does that. I may try Spector Pro next.
