Good Points

They appear to be underwriters at Lloyds, so that offers confidence


General Comments

Have only had a quote for car insurance from Chaucer, through Confused.com. Price was best and excesses as low or lower than others. Plus ticked all the Courtesy car, Protected no claims boxes, etc., that I'd asked for.
I guess insurers target different market segments:
I'm low-medium risk driver (mid forties, 5yrs no claims, but 10-12k miles, 6 points, couple of non-fault claims)
Car is an aging but powerful sports grand tourer
