DO NOT ADVERTISE WITH YELL! My partner decided to place an "in book" advert for the year and an enhanced online listing. Costing him £200 pounds a month and he has had 1 call! I am on the case and have demended that Yell at least remove the online listing so he no longer has to pay for it. They are refusing to do this. His business is suffering as he has this expenditure every month and quite frankly I want to take this further! Maybe Watchdog would be interested in how the advertising game works nowadays. In an economic downturn how dare they take advantage. Yes I am in Public Relations and I will make sure YELL get exposed for their useless service! Everyone googles anyway - wish he had never bothered!
