This is a fair review of Martin and Co., I'm not interested in bashing a business because of something trivial.
I cannot comment on other branches of Martin & Co, I have only rented from their branch in Horsforth, Leeds. There was a really nice member of staff, very friendly but some members of staff are not nice people, they make you feel like an idiot and are not interested in your thoughts or feelings, or finances for that matter.
Extortionate fees. I have read that most letting agents will try and rip you off, but Martin & Co have charged us silly amounts and are not willing to budge.
