Once up is an excellent pole
Bad Points
Hard to put up the first few times, you need someone to help you put it up. All the fixtures to adjust the pole are at the top so you have to get on step ladders and have someone hold the pole for you as its very heavy.
General Comments
Once up Vertical Dance X-pole Pole is great, however I would not recommend buying one unless you have someone to help you put it up as it is very heavy and involves getting on step ladders.
