General Comments

I have had a Waterside mc250 and it seems to have some sort of built in obsolescence, this is the second time in 4 years it has broken down and flooded. No warning. I would not buy another of their products. The service charge is outrageously expensive and the same part, the head, is to blame again this time. You would have thought they could make them to last longer than about two years.
If i call out Waterside again i will have paid more for the two services plus parts than i did for the new unit.
Its next trip will be to the council tip !

I have had the same problems with flooding, the worst was when the top securing ring snapped. I have seen an item that costs £150 plus p&p MC 350 head. I am considering purchasing this and fitting it myself. Has anyone else tried this yet?
