my regular zara is at a shopping centrer in sheffield. i think zara offer amazing designs for the price you pay. ive had a few things develop small holes but i expect that from most retailers as the products are mass produced. I have a top in my wardrobe and on returing home after i bought it i found one of the ditachable straps had fallen off somewhere. I returned the top and asked the assistant for another strap as i liked the to[p and wanted to keep it. she promptly fetched me another stap, which i thought was vey nice as she was under no obligation to do so. im very happy with my local zara store
