the car did not breakdown


Bad Points

i waited in line at orlando airport for more than 3 hours to collect the vehicle due to insufficient staff to deal with the volume of customers

customer service - non existent.

i strongly recommend not to use Budget Car Rental to rent a car based upon my recent experience in orlando, fl.
