Poor communication, debiting funds without dispatching goods, generally not trusted by me.


General Comments

Not impressed at all. I ordered a Canon Battery Grip and spare battery from 7dayshop. Got a message after a few days to say the grip was out of stock. Using their 'support ticket system' I asked for the item to be dispatched by Friday or cancel the order (it was Tuesday). They replied saying the whole order was cancelled.

The next day the debited the cost of the battery from my bank. 7 day later no battery had arrived. Checking the order on their site said the grip had been cancelled but not the battery. Contacting them again asking for the battery to be dispatched or refunded, I was told the whole order had been cancelled as per my previous request.

Strange that the refund for the battery was received the same day!
