Good Points

- Feel safe when flying on B737
- Friendly staff most of the time
- Punctuality, always been on time for me
- Good service from North East England


Bad Points

- The optional 'flight extras' which are quite expensive and they try to make it sound really necessary to take them, e.g. chose your seat ( £4.99 each way)
- Will not accept a bag over the weight of 25kg (don't know if this applies to all airlines or just Jet2)


General Comments

I have been using Jet2.com for a number of years now for flights to Malaga and the Balearics. Always been a Boeing 737 the flights I've been on and I am always very happy and made to feel safe.

The aircraft interior is a little shabby but this is down to the idiots who chose to scribble on the grey leather seats. The onboard service is OK but the prices are ridiculous, like most other airlines. There was no entertainment for my last 2.5 hour flight and I honestly can't remember if there was any for my other flights. Not that I really care because I normally take my own inflight entertainment.

The staff are normally friendly, however on my latest outbound flight they seemed a bit miserable, on the return flight they were nice.

I have got to say that on all of the flights I have been on with Jet2.com, so far there have never been any delays *touches wood*. I will very happily fly with Jet2 again in the future because they offer great service from the North East of England.

Overall I can highly recommend Jet2.com
