they screwed us they guaranteed reservation we had no reservations from a month before they left me my sisters and the kids basically in the cold and gave us their a.. to kiss a $100 voucher to pay for a $55 room and we still had to pay extra


General Comments

i booked rooms on march 16 w/ expedia for april 15-17 in live florida these rooms were supposed to be guaranteed when i paid for them in march. after all the emails confirming my reservations i thought i was set. when we arrived in south carolina for my sons graduation from the marines there were no rooms. i called expedia after basically telling me to kiss their a... and after over 2 hours on the phone they told me to find somewhere else to stay it wasnt there fault but i thought when i paid expedia for this service that i shouldnt have had any problems our whole week was ruined first the told us to find somewhere to stay me and my three sisters and four kids first night we got eaten up by sand fleas arguing with them on the phone about reservation that were supposed to be guaranteed we missed the first day to visit my son on the base because we had nowhere to stay, the hotel. i talked to two customer reps and two supervisors which they didnt want me to talk to but they offered me no sympathy. the hotel fealt sorry for us because basically there were no rooms in beaufort or the surrounding area because of graduation they screwed us and didnt give a damn about our kids the hotel felt sorry for us and gave us one room that were supposed to be rented and by the grace of god after all that time we spent on the phone with expedia someone cancelled they ruin our entire i never thought a company that relies on people for there business could be so cruel and unhuman. we had to use our credit cards for rooms we paid for a month ago then they tried to give us a $100 voucher which they didnt want me to use for the last day she told me i couldnt use the voucher because i didnt pre-register how could i being over 500 miles away from home a $55 room ended up costing us the voucher and extra money so what was the purpose of voucher i could have paid cash and came out better.
and i never thought anything like this would happen in all it was a terrible experience and expedia made it even more horrifying i never been put in the situation where me and my child my have to sleep in the car with 5 other people and it was cold she is only 3 yrs old and expedia didnt give a damn not that the world is in so much turmoil why would a company like expedia be so cruel-you gave me the experience of a lifetime never trust people like you(expedia) again
