General Comments

I was involved in a accident on the 19th of January of this Year ,no fault of mine. The garage came and took my car no problems, and was quite impressed with the speed of which they came. Now it is the 22nd of April and i still have no car. Now i would not mind but the excuses they keep coming up with are bizarre and quite frankly and load of crap. There was a lot of damage to my car when it went it, so guessed it would take a good few weeks to put right, but this is taking the biscuit.
It has been back three times since the 19th of January as the repairs where not done properly. Why it went back......Ariel missing locking wheel nut missing, damage to the inside passenger door, scratches on the outside passenger door, half of the under neath passenger side of the car hanging down. I am scared of getting my car back now, because of the lengh of time they have had it, and also is it going to be safe. I loved my little car but to be honest im not sure if i want it any more.
I am angry with nationwide crash repair center they should not take on these jobs if they are over stretched, an honestly get better mechanics. One very angry Lady
