Customers are made to feel awful and insulted when returning damaged goods.
General Comments
Bought a T-Shirt from Zara, that after one wash holes appeared in the material. When i took it back the manager who kept me waiting for an hour and half accused me of burning with an iron and refused to exchange it. I will not recommend nor will i shop there again. The staff are very rude!!
