Good Points

The product itself is great, CP12, boiler service and insurance all rolled into one package that is quite good value. The bad points outweigh the good.


Bad Points

Simply unable to administer the policy properly. Refused to contact the managing agents on report of a claim, tried to contact the tenant, cancelled the policy on numerous occasions without informing me and were generally heavy handed. Avoid this like the plague if you don't want lots of hassle.


General Comments

Homecall+ administration is awful and lets down what should be a good product.

As a landlord who lives a long way from my property emergency insurance is essential. Homecall+ could have had my business on a plate if only they knew how to run a business and deal with customers.

Such a shame.
