Good Points

Design and efficiency in water and electricity. Split use so pans and glasses can be separate.


Bad Points

Expensive given durability and extremely poor reliability. Lousy UK customer service. Cannot be trusted to work more than 3yrs, even in this time expect to have to have a couple of warrantee visits..


General Comments

The Fisher and Paykel DD 603 Double Drawer is a beautifully designed and implemented product. Totally unreliable and given price way too expensive. F&P customer service in the UK little better than a joke. Out of warranty support forget it £100 call out.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT as a general household dishwasher. If you are single or couple OK unreliable for regular family use.
