Good Points

Got 15% off the sofa


Bad Points

I may never get it. 4 month delay is totally unacceptable, yet bizarrely, they still advertise the sofa for sale on their website. Will not by purchasing from them again.


General Comments

In Jan 2009 I ordered a sofa from Homebase, told delivery is usually within 2 weeks. 3 months later I am still waiting, having received a phonecall today telling me it would be at least another month. This is despite having been assured on the last call that this would not happen again.
