I ordered some flowers from Arena Flowers to be delivered for a funeral. I spoke to someone over the phone who confirmed that the order had been taken and had been processed, and assured me that my request to have the flowers delivered early in the day for a 1pm service would be met. I ordered the flowers 4 days before the funeral.

I called their customer services department this morning to chase up the receipt for the order, which I had been told would be sent to me via email, and was told that, in fact, the flowers had never been delivered as there had been "a problem with the order". I was told that usually they would have rung to arrange re-delivery, but that they didn't bother on this occasion "because it was a funeral and there was no point". When pressed on what the "problem" had been I was told that he didn't know, and when I asked for someone to call me to explain the situation I was informed a call back "might take a while".

Furthermore, it wasn't until I phoned them this morning to chase the receipt that anyone bothered to tell me that my order had not been processed - no one thought to phone me before the flowers were due to try and resolve whatever the issue was.

Pretty despicable service, especially considering that these were supposed to be sent in sympathy for a funeral, and I have had the embarrassing task of explaining this to my bereaved colleague.

  I find it really hard to see this. I had some trouble with Arena flowers however their customer service team were extremely helpful. I would continue to use Arena Flowers due to the way they handled my complaints.

  I have used Arena on many occasions. I even set up an account with them. The best florist I have found and the greatest website. I think many companies and people can take note how to do things right!

  silliboi, I think you are FROM Arena Flowers! What is it to you if otyher people have had bad experiences? These flowers were for a FUNERAL! Why are you commenting on everyone's page - you are going on all the reviews on here and diasagreeing with them. Arena flowers deliver flowers whoch are dead. Arena Flowers deliver flowers late. Their customer service people have hung up on their customers!!! There are FACTS, so what is that to you unless you are using underhanded tactics? I know you are from the company, so why don't you rather go and sort these problems out rather than putting fake comments on here?

  'Happyflo' couldn't you think of a less obvious username? You and sillyboi are CLEARLY FROM Arena Flowers. Otherwise why would you care. If all you are going to do is sit and write review replies all day it's going to be a full time job - your service is so shoddy and the flowers are of such a poor quality that there will be many more on here believe me. Also what kind of person are you? really, do you not have a conscience? These flowers were for a funeral!!! You can't tell this girl she's wrong. The truth will out, whether you like it or not.
