Good Points

I will never fly again with iberia and make sure every person I know will try do the same, and or tell their friends to do so.


Bad Points

Having so little consideration for a customer is forgetting the essential, a customer is necessary for every company to pay wages to their employees, teaching the employees to protect some policy to protect super profit is a short term analysis it takes more time and is more damageable in the future a client deserve attention,respect and solutions.


General Comments

After queuing for 1:30 hour beeing well in advance to take a flight with a 3 year old, I've been told I couldn't get into the plane ,seeing all passengers in the queue behind me beeing invited to take the plane, the only answer was Overbooking is legal you have to go to the Iberia desk to have another ticket.
I was sent with my 3 year old son to a flight Via Miami on a 23 hours journey instead of 13. the modification of my ticket by the Iberia attendant included a modification of the day of return, 19th of april instead of 18th, meanwhile I had a valid ticket for the 18th and a modofication note cancelling this ticket without a clear possibility to detect it.
I had a sample of every aspect of rudeness, misconsideration and inapropriate arguments from the Iberia attendants to fix their mistake.
I had to argue in front of my 3 year old son to have a place in the plane I was supposed to fly on. Guess what arriving finally in London we where told our luggage where not here and had to wait 2 ours more in the airport to know this information and then we had our luggage the same day around 11 ours after arriving.
