Nothing, absolutely NOTHING.
Blue Mountain charged me the annual fee even though I cancelled my account the same day I opened it. Navigating their website to find a contact number or email is both pointless and frustrating.
Also beware of the automatic renewal of your account without notice after one year has passed.
