staff don't care, service is shocking, delivery is slow, products are sub-standard, prices suggest products would be good, but they are economy rubbish
General Comments
office supermarket are a joke. Furniture wasn't delivered for 6 weeks even though they said it would be 2 weeks. When it did turn up, it was missing vital parts so half of it couldn't be built. 3 weeks later and 2 attempts later we're still missing bits. There is no urgency to get problems sorted and they just tell you " we xan't deliver your missing bits until we are next in your area" which doesn't help when you've taken your office apart to get ready for the new furniture. They just don't care. Stay clear of these guys.
