worked ok for a year, the repair man was very nice and helpful. He told me to stick with Whirlpool
Bad Points
loud, mold smell, count clothes during spin and stripped away some of the plastic around the tub, which they would not cover under warranty.
General Comments
Had this maytag neptune washer for a little over one year. It still works just sounds like a jet is taking off in the laundry room when it spins. Repair man came today. Repairs will be over $800 which is covered on the warranty we had to pay $90 extra for. Since the repairs are over the cost paid for the washer they are only going to give us the $ back and discontinue the warranty. Now that is some way to back your product! Seem to me they want me to buy a different brand.
Now that I'm looking, it really looks like I picked a lemon.
