Good Points

Used to be good........now cant think of a single thing.....that is good about them.


Bad Points

Customer care, inability to speak to an operator. Even the website crashes loads....Certainly been told a load of rubbish a couple of times to get me off the phone. Some advice really basic as if I have never owned a phone before. They try to blame it on your equipment rather than theirs. Unfortunately sometimes I have had a difficulty with a language barrier. Sorry Vodafone cant wait to leave..


General Comments

I have been a loyal vodafone customer for many years. However they have completely lost the plot of late. I am unable to get any coverage on my mobile phone at home (for approx 6 weeks now) when previously it worked fine. I really do have to be mobile to use it as when I am out and about it works fine. The 35 min wait for an operator is diabolical. Even worse is the message unable to take your call right now, no option to leave a message and you just get cut off. I am still waiting for a reply to an e-mail one week later. I asked how much it would cost me to pay to leave an it will cost me £120 ( well worth it to me). I asked for this information in writing. I was told they don't do correspondence but they would send me a text. Not much good if you need proof of anything at a later date. Just sent recorded delivery to vodafone customer care, hopefully I will get a reply soon.......and I can leave.....whoop whoop
