Good Points

Good design process, high standard of workmanship and a very professional result. The work also comes with a lifetime guarantee.


Bad Points

The price was expensive, but then again if you usually get what you pay for. All in all I was very pleased with the results.


General Comments

The Neville Johnson brochure says 'Design without compromise' and I can certainly say they lived up to their strap line. They re-designed my study, taking time to ask me what I would like including and offering extra suggestions I had not thought of.

They did not rush me and listened to everything we had to say.

The design process produced excellent drawings and allowed me to make some final changes and tweaks before finally agreeing the plans.

They asked me when I would like the work doing and fitted their timescales around my holidays.

The work was done in 1 day by two fitters who worked extremely hard and their work was to a very high standard.
