bad points no communication by thomsons at gatwick


General Comments

flew with thomsons from gatwick to la romana on 22/03/ 09 this flight suffered a six hour delay given £8 food vouchers which were not enough.NOthomsons reps to inform you of the situation all the passengers were becoming angry at this situation .we had booked to premium class for this flight at a cost of £398 only to find out that we were not sitting together(the prmium upgrade is not worth the money ) my wifewho requested a gluten free meal was told that there was no gluten free meals availiable but would make sure of one on return but again on return no gluten free meals availiable complained to thomsons on return and was told to check the ato z index at the back of the brochure
