General Comments

What on the face of it seems like a good value alternative to the well known names turns out to be untrue. I feel I have been tricked out of my money bye my car check. I applied on line for the £3.95 cover but found I was charged £8.95. When I phoned the premium support line to query it they said I hadn't unchecked the "check milage box" which is an additional £5. I am very careful when filling online forms to check or uncheck the data protection boxes so I am surprised to find I missed the £5 charge - I can't find any mention of it without adding my credit card details again which I am not willing to do. I certainly wouldn't have paid £5 for this "extra". Outstanding finance is not checked, the finance protection consists of a print off form that you get the seller to sign which I assume forms part of the evidence if you need to sue. I wonder if anyone has managed to claim the £5000 or if some error in filling the form voids it. I will not use this company again.
